- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Local Pickup (The Ponds, Sydney)
We offer free local pickup from our location in The Ponds, Sydney.
- Orders are ready within 24 hours
- Pickup is by appointment only
- You will receive an email with the address details and instructions for pickup once your order is placed.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
- Parcels lost or delayed by Australia Post
- Return-to-sender parcels (re-delivery fees may apply)
Peak Periods
During public holidays, seasonal sales, or busy festive periods (e.g. Christmas), please allow a few extra days for order processing and delivery.
