We want you to love what you ordered! Every item is carefully checked before shipping — but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear, continuous video of the parcel being opened is required — no cuts or edits.
- Once we review and approve the video, we’ll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Size Exchanges
- Ordered the wrong size? You can exchange for a different size (if available) or choose another item of the same value.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with tags intact.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Processing Time: Once your return reaches us, please allow 2–4 business days for inspection and exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp (+61 493 473 763) or email classykidssydney@gmail.com with your order number.
- We do not offer returns unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival. We kindly ask that you review the product details and size chart carefully before placing the order.
- For damaged items, attach a single, unedited video showing the parcel being opened.
- For exchanges, tell us what size/item you’d like.
- Carefully pack the item and post it back.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs.
Please Keep in Mind
- No returns or exchanges for change of mind (non-size related).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and head accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
