1. How do I place an order?
Simply add your favourite items to the cart and check out through our secure online store. Need help? Message us anytime!
2. Do you restock sold-out items?
We do our best to restock popular items. Feel free to message us to check availability or request restock notifications.

4. Do you offer custom sizes?
We currently do not offer custom sizes. All items are available in standard sizing only.
Shipping & Delivery
5. How long does shipping take?
We ship from Sydney. Estimated delivery times:
• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–8 business days
We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we primarily ship within Australia. If you’re outside Australia and would like to order, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to assist.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’re welcome to contact us to request your tracking ID. We’ll provide your Australia Post tracking number along with a link to track your parcel online.
8. Is local pickup available?
Yes! Free local pickup is available from The Ponds, Sydney.
You can select the pickup option at checkout. We’ll contact you within 24 hours once your order is ready for collection and provide pickup instructions.
Returns & Exchanges
9. What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for damaged items or size exchanges.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
10. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please send us a clear, uncut video of the parcel being opened, showing the damage. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
11. Can I exchange a size?
Yes! Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can exchange the item for a different size (subject to availability).
Please note: exchange shipping both ways is the customer’s responsibility.
12. Who pays for return shipping?
Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility both ways, unless the item is damaged or incorrectly sent.
